Rates & Booking Rental Rates for Casa Colcello in Citta di Castello area, Umbria, Italy. Prices are per week. There is a special discount of 5% for any booking of 2 weeks or more. Rentals run Sunday to Sunday to allow our clients to take advantage of budget airlines prices. Payment only accepted in quoted currency unless the amount is specifically agreed in advance. Extra 5% discount for a booking of 2 weeks or more Rental rates include a welcome pack of basic provisions. Rental rates include all bed linen and towels (1 per person per week) but not pool towels. Negotiable rates for long term and late bookings. Shorter lets of less than one week will be considered out of season, subject to negotiation. Swimming pool operational 2012 - 3rd June - 16th September We will consider opening the pool outside of these dates by negotiation, however, there will be a charge of £150 per week. Central Heating charged by meter reading - from the 16th October 2011 until the 2nd June 2012 and 7th October 2012 through to 2nd June 2013.
Booking Forms To make a booking please download a booking form, print it out and return to us. Please make sure to read the booking conditions below before making a resevation.

Booking Conditions Please read all the booking conditions carefully before reserving 1.Deposit and Balance A non returnable deposit of 20% of the total sum is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. 2. Cancellation If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday please inform us immediately in writing. Cancellation charges more than 6 weeks prior to travel - no charge. 4 - 6 weeks prior to travel 50% of total rental rate. 2 - 4 weeks prior to travel 75% of total rental rate. Less than 2 weeks prior to travel 100% of total rental rate. We will then endeavour to relet the house in which case a refund of any balance paid will be made.We reserve the right to resell any holiday where the balance is not paid prior to the stipulated date. 3. Arrival and Departure Arrival should no be before 4.00 pm on the first day and the house should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. 4. Electricity Electricity and Gas is included in the cost of your summer holiday rental rate. Central Heating will be charged for by meter reading between 16th October and the 29th May. 5. Items supplied All necessary kitchen equipment and bedding and linen are supplied. We do not supply pool towels. A cot and mattress is available, but we do not supply cot bedding. 6. Housekeeping The client undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fitting and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday, and also undertakes to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found, and to pay the cost of any replacements or repairs which may occur. A good housekeeping deposit of £150 is payable with the balance of the holiday cost. The deposit may be used to offset the cost of remedying any breakages, damages or losses or restoring the house to a clean and tidy condition should the client fail to do so. The deposit less electricity charges will be returned with 21 days of the clients return if non of these problems occur. 7. Occupancy The number of persons using Casa Colcello is not to exceed 13. Plus a child using a cot. It is understood that the house is rented for short term holiday purposes only with visitors arriving and departing in sequence of confirmed bookings. 8. Liability No liability is accepted for any injury or loss of personal property suffered by the client or any member of his party. 9. Pets We regret pets are not permitted. |
